Nicholas Cooper
President, CFA, ACA
Nicholas Cooper is the President of Vaunt. Nicholas also co-founded Volato, a leading private aviation operator, and has served as a Board Director and in various executive officer roles since its inception, and is their current Chief Commercial Officer.
Prior to co-founding Volato Nicholas has founded multiple startups including Apptuto, a 500 Startups accelerator portfolio company focused on mobile-first consumer edtech.
Before starting his entrepreneurial career, Nicholas had over fifteen years prior experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity and Venture Capital gained in both developed and emerging markets including at Abu Dhabi Capital Group, Al Nahdha Investment, and at Macquarie Bank.
Mr. Cooper holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Sydney Australia, and is a CFA® Charterholder, CFA Institute, and is a former Chartered Accountant and lapsed member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales.
Tim Graves
VP, Brand & Product Marketing
Tim Graves is the Vice President of Brand & Product Marketing at Vaunt, bringing over a decade of expertise to the role.
Prior to his current position, Tim held various executive roles at Red Antler, where he served as Group Client Director for nearly five years, working with prestigious clients such as NBA, Amazon Fashion, and Google. With a passion for brand building and a track record of success in digital strategy and creative development, Tim helped launch over 40 startups.
Before Red Antler, Tim honed his skills at Droga5 and Ogilvy & Mather. Tim's journey in marketing began at IBM, where he specialized in demand generation campaigns, before transitioning to Publicis Kaplan Thaler as an Account Executive.
He holds a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising from the University of Oklahoma.

Safety our number one priority
Vaunt's air carrier operator Volato has the highest safety ratings being Argus Platinum and IS-BAO Stage 3 rated.
Vaunt flights are operated with 2 pilots, and the aircraft have two engines. The current fleet is primarily a new, modern fleet of HondaJets with an average age of under 4 years.

Vaunt is committed to reducing wastage in the private aviation industry, which is core to our business model: by sharing and filling otherwise empty flights.
Our commitment to sustainability goes even further, our operator Volato has partnered with 4Air to ensure flight operations are carbon neutral.
Vaunt members have the option to opt-in for these carbon flight credits.

The first time I flew with Vaunt I actually took a round trip. I saw a flight to Miami on a Wednesday and so I decided to go see some business partners. I wasn’t planning to go but that’s also the beauty of Vaunt. I then saw a return flight with Vaunt on Friday, so I canceled my commercial flight and just did the entire trip in style. The experience was everything you would expect when flying private.

I’m a retired detective and I’m using Vaunt as a reason to get out and travel more. I became a member last month and my wife still doesn’t know. I’m waiting to surprise her with a flight. She’s never flown private before so it’s the perfect surprise.
