Account Deletion Requests

The right to delete, also known as the "right to be forgotten," in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) allows consumers to request that a business delete their personal information. There are 2 ways to delete your account:

 

  1. In Vaunt, go to Account -> Delete My Account. After you confirm your request, your account will be permanently deleted.
  2. Send an email request to datarequests@flyvaunt.com. You must provide your phone number or email address in your email. Please allow up to 45 days for confirmation that your account was deleted.

 

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BELOW:

This action is NOT REVERSIBLE, and if you have a subscription to Vaunt, you will lose access to your account. We do not issue refunds for deleted accounts.
